Mollie Lee is a Deputy City Attorney in the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, where she has been a member of the Perry litigation team from trial through the Supreme Court. Ms. Lee graduated from Yale Law School and clerked for the Honorable James R. Browning on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. When not working on marriage equality litigation, Ms. Lee focuses on elections, ethics, and affirmative litigation.
Ms. Lee is the co-author, along with Therese Stewart, of The Role of Public Law Offices in Marriage Equality Litigation.
